DMV Customer Service: 302-744-2500. Offices in Wilmington (302-434-3200), Delaware City (302-326-5000), Dover (302-744-2500) and Georgetown (302-853-1000). The DMV also asks that anyone needing a reasonable modification under the ADA contact them in advance of a visit. (Source)
